Florida waited FIVE YEARS to get back into the AP Top 10 just to pull the Grandpa Simpson meme.
Walk in. Take the hat off. Look around. Put the hat back on. Walk directly out.
The Gators jumped all the way to No. 8 after beating No. 4 Ole Miss 52-28 last week. First game with the fancy new ranking? No. 25 Missouri beat the absolute hell out of them 45-17.
That Top 10 stay lasted six days.
Welcome back, Florida! Great seeing you guys.. safe travels.
