Barack Obama told Caitlin Clark to ignore the nonsense on Friday and the nonsense was back on ESPN by Sunday.
The man walks up to her at All Star weekend, tells her hey, don’t let this stuff get to you, I didn’t even get famous until I was 45. Just a nice thing to say to a 24 year old. Nothing else to it.
Then Sunday she sits down with ESPN and says the coverage of her is emotionally exhausting, that she shouldn’t have to walk out of a locker room worried about what the story’s gonna be that day.
So ESPN put Monica McNutt on the air to say Clark needs more “accountability and self awareness” about her role in the sisterhood.
