Oregon started the season ranked No. 2 in the country.. FIVE games later, they’re OUT of the AP Top 25 for the first time since 2022.
A 17-15 home loss to UCLA, SEVEN turnovers, and now a 3-2 record. Three weeks ago, the Ducks were putting up 84 points against Portland State. Saturday they could barely hang onto the football, let alone their ranking.
I think Portland State fans might be enjoying this poll more than anybody. Imagine sitting through an 84-0 beating just to find out three weeks later the team that did that to you isn’t even in the Top 25 anymore.
You couldn’t have at least stayed ranked until Halloween?!
