Adam Schefter dropped the Marvin Harrison Jr. trade bomb Saturday morning.. and we’ve spent pretty much the ENTIRE DAY waiting to find out where the hell he’s going!
The Cardinals are reportedly holding him out against Detroit because he’s getting traded. Houston has been mentioned as a possible destination, but we STILL don’t know who’s actually getting him. You can’t announce that you’re trading the No. 4 overall pick from two years ago and leave out the other team. That’s a pretty important part of a trade!
I’m starting to think the Cardinals are running a mole hunt. Tell one guy he’s going to Houston, tell another guy it’s Buffalo, tell somebody else it’s New York.. then sit back and see which destination Schefter tweets. Imagine if this entire thing was Arizona trying to figure out who’s leaking information.
Schefter has since said the deal won’t be completed until after Sunday’s games, so there’s probably a normal explanation for the delay.
But if this trade finally gets announced and somebody in the Cardinals building suddenly loses their job.. I’m gonna have some questions.
